Yoga time !

Since time immemorial – yoga has proven itself to be one of the best forms of exercise that uplifts the body mind and soul.

The Indian Journals workshop is uplifted too.. Performing several yoagasana’s all on the cover page in different color schemes – we’re looking pretty healthy already 🙂
